One Click - Calendar – Permanent Time Block Option
We’ve added a new option that allows dealers to make time blocks permanent in the calendar. This gives users full control over when to delete or convert a time block into a service call.
Previously, the time block duration was limited to a maximum of 24 hours. With this update, users can now choose to keep a time block permanently until they decide to remove it.
Time Block Duration Options
Under Time Block Duration, there is now a toggle button with two options:
Permanent – Keeps the time block on the calendar until you manually delete it or create a call from it.
Set Duration – Lets you specify the number of hours and minutes before the time block is automatically removed (this is the existing behavior).
Steps to Set the Time Block Duration
Go to Settings.
Select Dispatching Settings.
Click Dispatching – General Settings.
Scroll down to the very bottom.
Under Time Block Settings, set Time Block Duration to Permanent or Set Duration.

- This enhancement gives dealers more flexibility when managing technician schedules and ensures that important time blocks stay visible until manually removed.
