Make Call Disposition Required
When the CSR has completed the phone call, a Call Disposition popup will display asking for the final status of the phone call. If you want to make the selection of a status required, please enable this setting. With the setting set to "No", the CSR can end the phone call without entering a disposition.

Notes:
- Regardless of the choice, the Call Disposition can be changed later on the Call Summary Dashboard.
- There is another Settings page where the Call Dispositions are managed
