Automatically Send SMS Message for Incoming Call
Here, if enabled, the software will send a text message to the caller when the call first rings into the Command Center. The idea is to send them a message while the call is waiting to be answered.
There is a secondary setting and that is to include the Technicians with the behavior. If Yes, a Technician calling into the office will also get the message. If No, the Technician will not get the text message.
