Creating a Recurring Service Call is the same as creating a Recurring Generic Call. As the call is being created, there will be a blue button to indicate the call is recurring.
From here, you have the same recurring flexibility as with the Generic Call.

- A Recurring Service Call can be created either directly from the Dispatch Board or from the Create New Service Call page
- When editing a Recurring Service Call, please make sure to indicate if you are editing the Instance of the call or the Series.
- When a Recurring Call is created, it is book on the calendar to the Technician based on the schedule provided. Therefore, you will be able to not only see the service calls on the calendar, but also see them in the Service Call table on the Customer record.
