There are 3 reports impacted by the Crew functionality.
- Job Cost
- Time Sheet
- Service Call
There are two changes to this report. The first is the ability to filter the Job Cost report by Crew as opposed to a Technician. The second is the Job Cost report breaks down the Labor Cost by Technician assigned to the Crew/Job. It is visible to avoid confusion as to how profitability and labor costs were calculated.
No real change here except to note that each Technician involved with a "Crew Call" will be allocated the amount of time performed on the call. If the call was 2 hours and the Crew has 3 people, then all 3 Technicians will have a time sheet for 2 hours.
Similar to the Job Cost, the report now has the ability to filter by Crew if so desired.
