15.1 Overview
In addition to bug fixes on the phone and tablet app, Version 15.1 of the software provides new dispatching functionality, specifically:
- Crew Scheduling
- Recurring Service Calls
- Automated Invoice Generation
Crew Scheduling
A "Crew" is a grouping of Technicians that are scheduled work as an unit. For example, an installation Crew.
The software can now group together workers into a Crew and then the Crew is assigned to a Service Call. From a scheduling standpoint, only the Crew entity is being scheduled, not the individual technicians/workers. This saves time in scheduling.

Recurring Service Calls
With Version 15.1, dispatchers can now create Recurring Service Calls. The logic works the same as creating recurring Generic Calls, except that it now applies to Service Calls. In addition, we have provided the ability to auto-generate an invoice with the recurring call - the thought being if the same work is being done repeatedly, most likely the same amount should be charged to the customer. Therefore, we can simplify and speed up billing with auto-invoice creation.

Automated Invoice Generation
With Version 15.1, there are 2 methods to auto-generate an invoice. The first method was described above as it relates to recurring Service Calls. The second method relates to an additional setting on Auto-Replacement Repairs.
Now, with Auto-Product Replacement Repairs, companies can elect to automatically generate an invoice when the call for the future service is created. Again, this is a great way to streamline billing.
