Create New Service Call - Ability to Add or Update Forever Notes
When creating a New Service Call, the Technician Note field starts pre-filled with the Service Location’s Forever Note. This helps CSRs (Customer Service Representatives) quickly reference important, ongoing information tied to the customer. However, there’s often a need to either add a new note or update the existing Forever Note without repeating steps.
We've added a new button next to the Technician Notes, allowing you to add or update the Forever Note, which will be saved directly to the customer's record.

Notes:
- There is no setting required to enable this new button or feature.
- Utilize the Forever Note to store important, ongoing details about the customer or service location in one centralized place - easily accessible to both CSRs and technicians handling future service calls.
