External Report - Automatic Customer suggestion when linking Google Reviews
In Version 18.7, we've added an auto-search feature when linking Google Reviews to a P3 Customer from the External Reviews report. This makes linking easier as the system will use the name of the Google User who provided the review to look up matches from your Customer List.
If no matches are found or if there are more than 25 results, user will need to input their own keywords to refine the search.
Overall, it is will still be the user's decision which Customer they will link the review to.
