Version 18.4 - Overview
Version 18.4 is considered to be a major release. It contains not only numerous bug fixes and maintenance items, but we also introduced the concept of Conversions.
Conversions
How well are your technicians performing? With the Conversions module, you can now track their effectiveness in turning service calls into revenue-generating opportunities.
This update addresses a longstanding gap in our software, enhancing your ability to monitor how technicians convert No Cool/No Heat calls into sales beyond the diagnostic fee or trip charge. While some tracking was previously available, this update delivers a more comprehensive and accurate reporting system to measure technician performance.
The Conversions module is primarily a reporting enhancement, supplemented with key configuration options that allow HVAC companies to monitor and analyze technician success rates more effectively. Additionally, we’ve resolved various reporting and KPI management limitations to provide a clearer picture of overall performance.
