My Dashboard - Ability to Create Multiple Report Dashboards
In 18.4, under My Dashboard, we introduced the ability to create multiple report dashboards. Admin users can now create and manage dashboard views tailored to their specific needs. This new feature will help users organize their data more efficiently.
Default Dashboard
All current dashboard views will automatically be set as the Default Dashboard for all users. This will serve as the main view unless users create and select additional dashboards.
Dashboard Selector
A drop-down list in the upper-right corner of the Report Dashboard page will allow users to select different dashboard views. At first, the only option will be the Default Dashboard. The drop-down list will be placed to the left of the Settings icon.
Creating a New Dashboard
Users can create custom dashboards anytime. A “+” icon next to the drop-down list will allow users to create a new dashboard. When creating a new dashboard, users will need to:
- Give the dashboard a Name
- Choose if the new dashboard should be the Default View
- Add Report Widgets using the same settings popup as the current dashboard
Managing Dashboards
The Settings icon will allow users to edit the current dashboard. Within the settings popup, users can:
- Rename the Dashboard
- Change the Default View setting
- Add or remove Report Widgets
All other customization features will remain the same.

- Each user will have the ability to create and manage their own set of dashboards.
- All report widgets have a 'Give Us Feedback' button, allowing you to share your feedback on a specific widget.
