Ability to sort the Schedule Date of Open Service Calls on the Customer Details page
In 18.4, we added the ability to sort the Schedule Date of Open Service Calls on the Customer Details page. A sorting button has been added next to the Schedule Date, allowing you to arrange service calls from earliest to latest or latest to earliest. This helps users quickly find upcoming or past service calls.

- There is no setting to activate the sorting functionality.
