My Dashboard - New Widget - Customers Serviced in Past 2 Years
In 18.4, we added a new My Dashboard widget report called 'Customers Serviced in the Past 2 Years'. While a widget already exists for the opposite case—'Customers Not Serviced in the Past 2 Years', this new widget allows you to easily identify customers you have serviced.
This new widget report is based on whether a customer had a service call within the past two years. The displayed data can also be drilled down, allowing you to access the customer report, where you can view the list of customers.
Next to the customer count, a percentage is displayed, representing the ratio of serviced customers to the total number of customers.

How to Add the New Widget
Notes:
- The widget checks based on the customer, not individual service locations. If a customer has two locations - one location was serviced in the past two years and another location that was not, the customer will appear under "Customers Serviced in the Past 2 Years" widget. This is because the customer has at least one serviced location within the time frame.
- All widgets have a 'Give Us Feedback' button, allowing you to share your feedback on a specific widget.
