In Version 18.4, we added a sorting feature in the Email Template list page, allowing you to easily organize the columns. A sorting button has been added next to each column label. Text-based columns, such as Template Name/Title and Created By, can now be sorted alphabetically, while date-based columns, including Date Created and Last Updated, can be sorted chronologically.

You can now sort the following columns:

• Name/Title
• Date Created
• Created By
• Last Updated
• Data Type
• Communication Type
• Ready
• Active
• System Template

Location:

• From the Left Menu, click Settings
• Navigate to the Email/Text Communication section
• Select Templates
• You will see up and down arrows in the columns, allowing you to sort in ascending or descending order
