Customer Record - Add Service Call Type column to Invoice Table
In Version 18.4, we introduced a new setting that allows you to decide whether to display a Service Call Type column in the Customer Record Invoice table.
Setting Location:
- On the Left Hand Menu, click Settings
- Go to the Customer Settings Section
- Click on General Settings
- Go to the Customer Display Settings
- The New Setting is labelled: "Display Service Call Type in Invoice Table".

- This setting enhances your workflow by allowing you to track Call Types within your invoices without needing to open them.
