A new setting allows companies to display the running time for the Technician on the calendar.   Once the setting is activated, then once the Technician indicates he is on the way for the first call of the day, the amount of time the Technician has been "on the clock" will appear on the calendar.  The time will end with the conclusion of the last appointment for the day.

Clicking on the clock will display the daily time sheet for the technician.

Setting Location

• From the left hand menu, click on Settings
• Under the Dispatching section, click on General Settings
• Go to the Calendar Display Settings section
• Setting is "Display Service Call Tag in Time Block"
