Automatically set a Service Call Tag for an Appointment based on Appointment Type
As part of the functionality to display a Service Call Tag in an Appointment, to save one click, we created the ability to automatically set a Tag based on the Service Call Type, itself.
Here when the dispatcher selects the Service Call Type for the Service Call, the software will automatically set the Tag. Additional tags can be added to Service Call, but the first one will automatically be set.
To set the Tag for the Service Call Type, simply edit the Service Call Type and add the Tag.

In this example, whenever a new Service Call with the Type of an "Estimate" is created, that call will automatically have the Sales Opportunity Tag set.
Notes:
- If there is no Tag associated with the Service Call Type, then no Tag will automatically be set for the Service Call
