Display Service Call Tags in the Appointment Time Block on the Calendar
In 18.3 we added the ability for companies to display Service Call Tags in the Appointment Time Block on the Calendar.
Here, if the Setting is activated, any Service Call Tags associated with the Service Call Tag will display. Tags will display in the upper left corner of the Appointment Time Block.
To make room for the Tag, we implemented an abbreviation for each Service Call Tag. Here, at most, 3 characters can be used in the abbreviation. The software will display up to 4 tags.
Setting Location
- From the left hand menu, click on Settings
- Under the Dispatching section, click on General Settings
- Go to the Calendar Display Settings section
- Setting is "Display Service Call Tag in Time Block"

Notes:
- The abbreviation must be 3 characters or less
- Up to 4 tags will display.
- The underlying assumption is that the Tags are more important information than the rest of what is displayed. Therefore, if there is not enough room in the Appointment Time Block, the software will not display the address or service call type. Please use the Information Icon to see this information if it does not display in the Time Block.
