Report - Complete - Write Off
In Version 18.3, a new Invoice Status was introduced - Complete & Write Off. In addition, a new report was created to show how much of the invoice was written off.
This is calculated by subtracting the Amount Paid from the Invoice Amount. For example, if you had a $1,000 invoice, the Customer paid only $250, then if this Invoice is marked as Complete & Write Off, the Write Off Amount will be $750.
This report allows the company to not only see which invoices has the status of Complete & Write Off, but also the amount of the write off for each invoice.
Report Location
- Left Menu -> Reports
- Invoice Section -> Complete - Write Off

- This report can be Exported to Excel
- In addition, this Invoice can be search by Customer, Invoice Number or the Invoice Date
