Display Block Call Button
If you want the ability to to Block a Call in the future from the Call Box, enable this setting.
This is a good setting to block frequent telemarketing calls.
If the setting is active, there are 2 additional settings:
- Display Blocked Calls in the Queue?
- Require Reason Why Blocked?
Depending on the situation, blocked calls may still want to be visible in the queue in which case, enable this setting.
To make sure employees are not accidentally blocking calls, enable the setting to require a reason why the call is block so they are forced to provide details about why they are blocking the call.

Notes:
- When a phone number is blocked, when that caller calls in the future, it will not ring in the Command Center unless the "Display Blocked Calls in Queue" is enabled
- All phone numbers that are blocked can be viewed from the Blocked Call Report
