Incoming Call Display
This setting controls where the Call Box will display. There are 3 options:
- Display at the top of the page only
- Display via the Call List (left hand menu) only
- Display in BOTH - at top of page and via Call List menu
By default the Call Box will display at the top of the page. However, there are additional options for the Call Box to display within the Active Call tab of the Call Summary Dashboard. In addition, there is an option to display the Call Box in both places.

Notes:
- If you change the display option it will not take effect until you logout and log back into the Command Center.
- When the calls are displayed in the Active Call Tab of the Call Summary Dashboard, they are listed on the left hand side and the details will be displayed when expanded. This view is best for companies with large call volumes.
