Display On-Hold Button
If you want the ability to put callers on-hold, then activate this setting. Once activated you have 2 choices of what the caller will hear when they are on-hold:
- Beep
- Custom Message
By default the caller will hear a standard On-Hold beep. However, a custom message can be uploaded.
To upload a custom message, select the option for "Custom Message" and then click the Browse button to find the audio file on your computer.

Notes:
- The Custom Message will continuously repeat until the call is resumed
- The software will track the amount of time callers are placed on-hold. This data is available in the Dashboard Reports and the main Call Log report.
- Only MP3 file types are allowed to be loaded
- File must be less than 3GB
