Display Open Calls

If you want the ability to see the Customer's Open Calls in the Call Box, enable this setting.

Notes:

  • If active the setting will display the 3 most recent open calls for the customer at the service location selected
  • The "open calls" are the same open calls that are in the Customer Record, "Open Service Calls" table.
  • This setting is only available if the Display Service Location setting is enabled.
