Call Display Order Preference

This setting is to control the display order of the Call Boxes.  Currently there is just one option:

  1. Sort by Call Time - longest on the left

Longest on the left, means the calls that have been on-hold the longest or have been online the longest will display on the left hand side of the screen.

We anticipate adding more options, but are waiting for the feedback from the Beta Testing Group before proceeding.

Notes:

  • The main goal of the setting is determine where the new call should be placed as they come into the Command Center
