If you want the ability to see the Customer Record Important Note, enable this setting.

Notes:

  • This setting displays the Important Notes for the Customer at the Service Location selected in the Call Box.
  • The Important Notes are the notes that are "Flagged" in the Customer Record Notes table.
  • This setting is only available if the Display Service Location setting is enabled.
