- Same Sync Details at top of screen
- Still need to click the Sync button to pull down calls for the day
- The date with the blue circle represents the current day of the week that is being displayed - click the number for the next day to see the schedule for tomorrow. When that happens, the app will sync the schedule for the day selected
- Hold on the days and swipe to scroll forward or back one week
- The Service Calls will display on the calendar like the Command Center - same color codes
- The Color Code Legend for the calls are on the right hand side, click on the circle to get the status
- At the bottom of the screen there are 2 icons - the calendar and the checklist. Click the checklist to go to the To Do List feature
How to View Call Details
Call Details
- When the call is clicked, it is highlighted in yellow to know which call was selected
- The call details are at the top of the screen
- To check into the call, indicate you arrived and to indicate you are done with the call are all buttons in the upper right hand corner
- The four icons are to Add a Technician Note to the Call, Go to the Customer Record page, Start a New Invoice, and Start a New Diagnostic
- The bottom part of the screen are the same sections as with the new service call view in the command center
- When you click on the section - like Unfinished Business, it will download the additional information, if there is any
Notes
- The sync button will display calls based on a new setting. There is a new setting that asks "How many appointment do you want the technician to see?" There are 4 options
- One Call at a Time
- All Calls for the Day
- All Calls for the Current Day, Plus XXX Days into the Future
- All Calls
- This new setting can be different for each technician on the app
- There is a separate setting to determine how far back the technician should be able to see on their calendar. For example, if it is set to 30 days, it will only show the last 30 days worth of calls with the older calls automatically being removed from the device to maximize storage space.
