Help! Why can't I open my iPad App?

If you are unable to open the app and are getting the message: "PPP-HVAC Flat Rate" is No Longer Available", it is because the latest app version on your device is 10.5 or earlier.
To access the app, you will need to do the following:
  1. Install the new app
  2. Open App/Login
  3. Complete Upgrade
To Install the New App
  1. Open Safari
  2. Go to www.pictureperfectpricing.com/app  
  3. Click the blue Download Now button on the left side for iOS/Apple
