In rare scenarios, there were a few clients whom indicated that they could not connect to the P3 website.  Even though the client could connect to other websites and our Team could connect to P3 in our offices.  

In this type of scenario, the problem is normally their ISP - Internet Service Provider.  I have included two links below that you can use in this situation. 

http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com – indicates if a website is down for everyone or just one particular person

http://downdector.com – displays network status for the major ISPs
