App - Files Not Sync'd
Starting with 9.0.6, we changed the "Photos" tab on the app menu to "Files Not Sync'd". It now encompasses Equipment photos, Customer Files/Images and Diagnostic Photos. In addition, the section now is organized by customer, so the tech can easily determine which customer record did not fully sync to better improve communication with the office.
On App - Go to Menu
Organized By Customer - View Images Not Sync'd
To Sync - Click on Image and Click Upload

Notes:
- As part of this update, we also changed the Command Center in that if you click on a missing image link, you will receive an error that the image was not uploaded to the cloud.
- Once all of the images in a section have been uploaded to the cloud, the section is no longer displayed.
- Multiple images can be uploaded at once. Click each file desired, the image will be outlined in blue and then click the Upload button.
- While multiple images can be uploaded at one time, it is recommended that this is only done with a very strong Internet connection.
