Starting with 9.0.6, we provided the ability for both the technicians on the app and office personnel in the Command Center to change the title of the ESM Proposal.   Even though you can still set proposal titles during the setup process, now you can change it after the fact for a particular customer.

Turn Setting on for Techs

To activate the ability to modify the proposal for the technicians:

• From the Command Center, click on Settings
• Under ESM Settings, click on General Settings
• The setting is called "Allow Technicians to Change Proposal Title"

Notes:

• There is no setting for Command Center users, the functionality is automatically turned on.
• The setting only applies to technicians.
