Send Internal Notification
This setting attributes are the same for both Unanswered Calls during Business Hours and Unanswered Calls After Hours. There are 2 separate settings, one for each situation, but the attributes in each case are the same.
If the setting is enabled there are 3 notification options:
- Text
- Both
With a Text Notification, only a single phone number can be entered. In addition, the company can designate how long after the call is considered unanswered before the software sends the text notification.
If you want the message to go out immediately, select "0" minutes.
With email, enter the email address of the person to receive the notification. If more than one person needs to receive the message, then we suggest creating a distribution email address internally. In addition, there is an option to include the voicemail in the email message itself.

Notes:
- Remember the software uses the Dispatching Setting "Working Hours and Days" to determine if the time of the call is within the normal business hours for the day.
- For Text Notification, the number provided must be a valid cell phone number
- For Email Notification, only a single email address is allowed at the present time
- The ability to send a notification is independent of the setting on how the unanswered calls are handled
