How to Handle Unanswered Calls
This setting attributes are the same for both Unanswered Calls during Business Hours and Unanswered Calls After Hours. There are 2 separate settings, one for each situation, but the attributes in each case are the same.
There are 2 initial options:
- Send to Voicemail
- Forward to a Number
If selecting Send to Voicemail, there are 2 subsequent options for the Voicemail Message
- Default
- Custom Message
The Default Voicemail Message is a standard computerized greeting. With the Custom Message the company can personalize the message.

Notes:
- Remember the software uses the Dispatching Setting "Working Hours and Days" to determine if the time of the call is within the normal business hours for the day.
- When forwarding to a phone number, only a single number can be used
- Only MP3 file types are allowed to be loaded for a custom voicemail message
- Audio files for custom voicemail messages must be less than 3GB
