Call is Considered Unanswered After
This setting applies to Unanswered Calls during business hours. Here, set how long the caller will wait, or how long the phone will ring, until the system considers the call unanswered.
The setting contains two fields:
- A numeric value
- A time element (either minutes or seconds)
Using the two settings you can create time intervals like:
- 30 seconds
- 2 minutes

Notes:
- Remember the software uses the Dispatching Setting "Working Hours and Days" to determine if the time of the call is within the normal business hours for the day.
- This setting only applies to Unanswered Calls During Business Hours. If the calls comes in during after hours, then it is automatically assumed to not be answered
