How to Respond to a Google Review within P3
In this article we will review the steps to respond to a Google Review within P3. This article starts on the External Report:
- From the left hand menu, click on Reports
- In the Reviews section, click on External Reviews
Overall, we need to find the Google Review, link it to a Service Call, and then from the Internal Report, we can respond to the review.
Step 1 - Identify the Google Review
Find the Google Review and link it. Click the "N" to start the process.
Step 2 - Search for the Customer
Step 3 - Select the Customer
Step 4 - Click the Link Button
Step 5 - Confirm Review is Linked
Step 6 - Go to the Internal Review Report & Click Reply Link
You can either click the Internal Reviews report from the same Report menu in the steps above, or you can click on the number of Reviews in the top tool bar.
Step 7 - Enter Reply & Click Send
Step 8 - The Reply will Display on the Internal Reviews Report
If the Review or your response is lengthy, then click the "View Reply" button to see the details.
Step 9 - Confirm Reply on Google
