In this article we are going to walk through the steps to setup the ability to respond to Google Reviews from within P3.  The steps below start once you are in the Review Settings page:

• From left hand menu, click on Settings
• Under the Company Settings section, click on Review Settings
• Under Third Party Review Sites, check the Google checkbox

Step 1 - Click on Authenticate for Google Review Management

Step 2 - Login into your Google Business Account

You will be taken to the Google sign in page.  The browser might already recognize your account or you may need to login, or switch to your business account.

Step 3 - Grant Access to P3

Click the Continue button.

Step 4 - Return to P3

Now that you have given Google permission, return to P3.

Step 5 - In P3, Select the Appropriate Google Account

Select the account that contains your Google Reviews.

Step 5 - Select the Location

Select the appropriate location if there is more than one.

Step 6 - Obtain the Google Review Link

Step 7 - Save

Save the information.
