Pricing Options

P3 will have 2 services for the Review Module:

• Review Automation & Management - $50/month
• Reputation Management - $50/month

Reputation Management is considered an add-on to the core Review Automation & Management functionality and therefore, cannot be purchased by itself - only once Review Automation & Management is activated.

Companies can elect to pay annually and they will receive 2 months free with annual payment.

The free trial to the Review functionality ends January 31st, 2024. Please contact your account manager if you wish to continue with the module.

Review Automation & Management

This module will consist of the following functionality:

• Internal Review Requests
• Internal Review Management
• Google Review Requests

This is the baseline functionality that has been available in production since November, 2023.  It includes the following:

• Automatic Review Requests
• Review Request Template
• Review Capture Form
• Internal Reviews Report
• Review Dashboard Reports
• Invoice Review Requests
• Website Review Capture
• Website Review Display
• Unlimited Review Requests
• Notification when new Review received
• Review Tags
• Google Review Request - incorporated into the Review Request Process

Reputation Management

This module will consist of the following functionality:

• Google Review Management
• Google Review Response

This is newer functionality that will be available mid January, 2024.  It includes:

• Google Reviews posted within P3
• Map Google Review to P3 Service Call
• Google Review Response - respond to Google Review within P3
• New Review Dashboard Report
• Notification when new Google Review received

Podium Integration Ending

Please note, our integration with Podium will be terminating on 1/1/2025.  This will give everyone on a contract the ability to complete the contract and switch over to P3 without interruption.  However, starting in 2025, the integration will be shut down.

Please note, in January of 2024, P3 will be providing the ability to initiate a text conversation from your website.  This would be a snippet of code that would be added to the website that will allow your customers, to provide their cell phone number and send a message.  This message will be incorporated into the 2-way text module.  Therefore, there will be no additional charge for this functionality if your company is already on 2-way texting.
