Version 16.0 - Overview
Version 16.0 represents a major update to the P3 software. In this Version we have provided 2 key features - Reviews and Email Ability on Reports.
Definitions
Review - the feedback provided by your Customer. The feedback consists of a Star Rating, scale 1 to 5, and optional comments. This is also reviewed to as an Internal Review as the feedback stays within P3.
Review Capture Form - the actual form on which the Customer will provide the Review. This is a P3 form, branded to your company and customizable per company.
Review Request - the act of asking your Customer for a Review. There are 5 ways to request a Review. The Review Request can either be an email, text or both. Each company can customize the Review Request. The Review Request will contain a Review Request Link that will direct the Customer to the Review Capture Form.
Template - the structure to define the Email and Text request. Each company will have a default Review Template that can be customized.
Review Module Access and Expectations
Each company will have the Review Module activated upon the release of 16.0. However, please note the following:
- The Review Module will ultimately be a paid feature. We are providing the Module for Free until the end of the year so allow everyone to evaluate it, free of charge.
- The Review Module will not be initially activated for those companies that currently have the integration with Podium. As we did not want to disrupt the integration, we did not activate our Review Module. If you wish to evaluate the P3 Review Module, please notify your account manager.

Review Module Settings
Here are some of the key settings with the Review Module:
- Display Reviews in Toolbar - by default this is enabled
- Display Reviews in Invoice - ability to request Reviews in the Invoice (see Google/Facebook video below)
- Linking to Google
- Set Tags
- Review Notifications
Review Reports
Included in the Module are several Reports:
- Dashboard Reports
- Internal Reviews Report
- Tech Comparison Report
- Dispatcher Comparison Report
- Reconciliation Report (additional functionality on the report)
- Website and Google Review Dashboard Reports
