Technician and Dispatcher Comparison Reports
In this video we take a look at both the Technician and Dispatcher Comparison Reports. They are identical reports, except one focuses on the Reviews as it relates to the Technician and the other focuses on the dispatcher. Remember the customer is giving a review based on their entire experience with your team. This includes not just the Technician that went to the property, but also the Dispatcher that coordinate the work.
