App - Album View
Version 19.4 introduces the new Album View for Customer Files, making it faster and easier for technicians to organize, upload, and manage photos and documents. The original Legacy List View is still available, so technicians can continue using the view they prefer.
What's New in Version 19.4
The biggest improvements in this release are:
- Auto Sync – Files automatically upload to the cloud after they are saved. There is no longer a need to manually tap a Sync button.
- No Need to Type File Names – The app automatically fills in file names during upload, saving time. File names can still be edited before saving if needed.
- Upload Up to 30 Photos at Once – Upload multiple photos in a single action instead of being limited to a few files at a time.
- Automatic Album Organization – Photos are automatically grouped into albums based on the upload date.
- Offline Support – Continue taking photos and adding files even without an internet connection. Files automatically sync when the device reconnects.
These improvements help technicians spend less time managing files and more time serving customers.
Available File Views
Technicians can choose between three different views:
- Album Grid View – Displays albums with photo previews.
- Album List View – Displays albums in a simple list.
- Legacy List View – Displays files in the original table view.
Technicians can switch between these views at any time.
Dealers can also choose the default file view for their technicians in Command Center > Technician Settings.

Each album displays:
