Version 19.4 introduces the new Album View in the Customer Details page, making it easier for technicians to organize and manage customer photos and documents. Available on the Technician App for all iOS and Android devices, technicians can choose between Album Grid View, Album List View, and Legacy List View, depending on their preference. Files are automatically grouped into albums by date for better organization.

This release also adds Auto Sync, support for uploading up to 30 photos at once, automatic file naming, offline support, and other improvements to make uploading, organizing, and finding files faster and easier.
