Telephone Module: Interoffice Calling
Our Telephone Module makes it simple for your team to stay connected with Interoffice Calling. This feature allows dispatchers and employees who have access to the P3 Command Center to call each other directly - no need to pick up a separate phone or leave the platform.

Making Interoffice Calls
- Open the Call Summary Dashboard - From the main navigation, go to Call Summary Dashboard.
- Switch to the Interoffice tab - Click the Interoffice tab to view coworkers available for internal calls. Teammates will only appear on the list if their Call Summary Dashboard is open.
- Select the teammate - Use the list to find the person you want to call.
- Place the call – click the phone icon
- Calls display in the Call Box, just like customer calls.
- Report will show on the Interoffice tab so it’s easy to manage and track.

Notes:
Interoffice Calling is available to a user even when they are not Customer-facing as long as they have access to the Command Center and have their Call Summary Dashboard open.
Interoffice calls are kept separate from customer records, ensuring clean reporting
