Call Box
The Call Box is where the incoming and outgoing call information is displayed.
There are many configurable attributes to the Call Box and each setting has its own Help Desk Article. This article is meant to give an overview to the actions and displays that can be controlled.
Call Box Location
The Call Box can be located at the top of the Call Summary Dashboard on within the Active Call View. This is a global setting for your company.
Call Box Controls
The Call Box has a set of controls to allow for the following functionality:
- Answer the Call
- Decline the Call
- Put the Call on Hold
- Forward the Call
- Block the Call
- Drill into the Customer Record
- Create a New Service Call
- Dial-pad
Some of these controls are configurable, but most are common controls that will be available for all calls.
Call Box Data
The Call Box can be configured to display the following information about the caller
- Caller Name
- Caller's Phone Number
- Service Location
- Forever Note (Customer Record)
- Important Note (Service Location)
- Open Calls (Service Location)
Call Box Color Coding
The color of the Call Box is based on what the software can identify about the caller. The following attributes are tracked and can be configured to display a different color when the caller meets the attribute:
- Active Service Agreement Customer
- Customer without Active Service Agreement
- Unknown Caller
- Do Not Service Customer
- Technician
- Vendor
- Unanswered Call, Calls Again
- Block Call
The software provides many settings to help each company configure the Call Box to their liking.
