18.9 - Overview
The primary focus of version 18.9 is to deliver to the users the ability to Customer Note dates to keep data integrity while inputting historical data. We also went live with a new HTML Editor for Email Templates. This was originally part of the previous version's scope but due to unforeseen limitation could not go live. Now the wait is over and this is finally live!
Lastly, we fixed some bugs involving the multiple pages of the Command Center.
Bugs Fixed
- Trial account setup not completing due to multiple data issues (14482)
- Unable to delete Additional Contact Information because Yes button is not clicking (14511)
- Dispatch Map incorrect Default Location due to Coordinates not being fetched correctly during Account Creation (14504)
- Declined Repair Tasks are generating Auto-product Replacement calls (14494)
- Invoices missing from Customer Record due to missing Location reference (14453)
- Repair Tasks not syncing to Quickbooks due to issues with TaskID generation of On-the-Fly Repairs (14502)
- "Customer Upload File Communication" template is accidentally being used in Business Automations due to incorrect data category (14452)
- Random 500 Server Error on Customer Note and Add/Edit Template pages (14516)

- Customer Record - Ability to set the Customer Note Date (14469)
