Appointment Survey Category Types and Question Order
In Version 18.8, we've implemented typing for Appointment Survey Categories. This breaks down the categories to either Pre-Appointment or Post-Appointment.
Basically Pre-appointment Types can be included in the Pre-Survey Email while Post-Appointment Types cannot be included in the Pre-Survey Email. Post-Appointment questions can only be accessed in the Edit Service Call Page after the call has been Completed.
In addition, we also added a number ordering for Questions so they will appear in the order you assign them.
Locate the Settings:
- From the Left Menu, click Settings
- Find Dispatching Settings
- Click Appointment Survey Category or Pre-Appointment Survey Question

Notes:
- Pre-Appointment Type - You can choose to include in the Pre-Survey Email or not.
- Post-Appointment Type - You can't include in the Pre-Survey Email. You will get a warning if you try to do so.
- New survey questions will automatically be assigned Order #1 if you have not set any upon saving.
- Survey questions in the same number order will be arranged alphanumerically.
