Service Call Type Page - New filters, Updated Filter Format, and ability to Search
In Version 18.8, we have made improvements to the Service Call Types page by providing the following:
- Updated the Filter Format to Modern
- Added Filter Criteria for Work Type, Phase Code, and Diagnostic Fee
- Added search toolbar to find Call Types
- Added Diagnostic Fee Amount next to Diagnostic Fee Name
Locate the Settings:
- From the Left Menu, click Settings
- Find Dispatching Settings
- Click on Service Call Types

Notes:
- There is no need to hit "Enter" on your keyboard while searching as the search updates automatically as you type with only a slight delay.
- There is a minimum of 3 characters required before the search initiates.
- With the new filter format, you can click on the filter criteria directly or on the Filter button to update the filters.
