When interacting with the Help Desk technical support, often times they will refer to a "P3 Download". A P3 Download is when the technicians out in the field have to pull down the latest pricing and settings that were changed administratively.
Until the technician pull the information down to their app, they will be out of sync. Normally this takes the form of the technicians having a different price than what is seen in the Command Center, or not having a new repair or service agreement that is visible in the Command Center.
To complete a P3 Download, please complete the following steps:
- From the iPad, click on the "App Menu" - the icon at the top with the three horizontal bars
- From the menu that appears, select the option for "Download"
- On the screen that appears, click the P3 checkbox
- Click the blue Download button
