The purpose of this report is show which numbers have been blocked by the CSR.  Depending on the setting, Blocked Calls may still display as a Call Box or they can be completely ignored.

Search Criteria

The report can be searched on the following criteria:

• Phone Number (search to see if a particular number was blocked)
• CSR that blocked the call

Report Columns

The report displays the following columns:

• Blocked Number
• Number of Times Called
• Reason Why the Number was Blocked
• Person that Blocked the Call (Originally)
