Voicemail Report
There are 2 reports that will show the Voicemails left by callers when their phone call is not answered.
The first is in the top tool bar. Clicking the icon will show the last 5 recent voicemails. This is meant to be a short cut to hear voicemail quickly.
The second report is a report in the Telephone Integration Reports section. Presently there are no filters on this report as it is expected that the Voicemails will be cleared out. This is not meant for permanent storage.
Report Columns
The report displays the following columns:
- Date of Voicemail
- Caller
- Phone Number of Caller
- Phone Number Called
- Lead Source of the Phone Number Called
- Voicemail Message
If you have the permission, you can delete the voicemail from the report.
