Call Log Report
This is a detailed report allowing for a comprehensive search on Phone Calls. This report is accessible from the Reports option on the left hand menu.
The Phone Call data can be searched by many different criteria, including:
- Customer
- Phone Number Called
- Call Date
- Call Type - Inbound/Outbound
- Call Status (Not Answered, Answered, Booked)
- Has Note
- CSR
- Flag
- Call Disposition
- Call Blocked
- Eligible for Booking
The criteria that is used to create the report is displayed at the top of the page. This report is a common drill down for the Report Dashboard Widgets and as such those filters will be indicated at the top of the page upon display.
The Call Log report also allows for the editing of the Call Disposition and Flag status.
The Call Log report can also be exported to Excel.

- Call Date/Time
- Customer Name
- Incoming Call Number
- Number Called
- Answered By (CSR)
- Call Duration
- Hold Duration
- Call Type
- Call Disposition
- Eligible for Booking
- Notes
- Flag
