There are 3 sets of Permissions for the Telephone Module
- Can the P3 Dealer Admin Answer Incoming Calls?
- Call Dashboard & Setting Control
- Report Dashboard
Can the P3 Dealer Admin Answer Incoming Calls
If you want to turn the P3 Dealer Admin into a CSR, then this setting must be activated. With this setting activated/enabled, the person will have access to the Call Summary Dashboard and this view will appear when the CSR logs into the Command Center each day.
Please follow the steps to enable the setting:
- From the left hand menu, click Settings
- Go to the Admin section
- Click on Admins
- Click to Edit the desired admin
- Change "View Incoming Calls" to "Yes"
Call Dashboard & Setting Controls
Here is where you can provide additional functionality for the admin, including:
- Edit the Eligible for Booking status for a completed call
- Edit the Call Disposition status for a completed call
- Edit the Note for a completed call
- Access to the Call Disposition Settings page
- Access to the Call Log Report
- Access to the Blocked Call Report
- Access to the CSR Dashboard Report
- Access to the Voice Mail Report (including ability to delete voicemails)
Please follow the steps to enable these setting:
- From the left hand menu, click Settings
- Go to the Admin section
- Click on Admins
- Click to Edit the desired admin
- Scroll to the bottom where the "Telephone Integration" section
Report Dashboard
Here companies can control which reports everyone has access to. All of the reports are in the "Dashboard Module" in the admin settings page. All Telephone Dashboard Reports are in yellow.
Please follow the steps to enable access to these reports:
- From the left hand menu, click Settings
- Go to the Admin section
- Click on Admins
- Click to Edit the desired admin
- Open the "Dashboard Module"
- Enable access to the individual report

Notes:
- By default the company's "P3 Super Admin" will have access to everything when the Telephone Module is activated.
