Ability to Sync Proposal from Proposal Page

On all apps, on the page where the side-by-side, good/better/best proposal is being generated, the Technician can now sync from this page from the 3 dot menu.

Notes:

  • The Technician can still Sync from the other areas of the app, this was just a new option added to the software
